NOT interested

i was wondering bout this question lately :

if theres a guy, who seems to like you and try to turn the friends into "FRIENDS", 

but in fact you dont feel  anything to him, is there any way to make him stop?

i hate to say this, but sometimes boys could be a total annoying mood destructor
arrghhh!!

actually, im kinda feel confuse right now..
i hate the texting things, i hate those cares, attentions, those ':)' emos
asking him to stop is all i want to do,
but how?
should i say like this :
' hey, dont you know that your whole attentions really disturb me and make me feel unease? please stop! '
or
' hey ***********, im sorry but i kinda feel disturb bout the whole texting things, since you always texted me everyday, so would you stop it please? thank you '

im not looking for someone rite now,
i hope u understand and im sorry if i ever make u misunderstood bout this  
and honestly.. those texts and else,, really make me feel unease..
just be friends and dont ever try to change this goddamn beautiful status will ya?!
