so, im on my holiday since last saturday. feel extremely happy cause the tormenting exam was finally over.
hahha
spent my days sleeping, watching, playing the sims social on facebook ( kinda addicted to this one :3)
well, i hope this holiday wont turned out to be a boring one like my christmas holiday. seriously, i spend last christmas just watching glee and movies all day long while my friends out there went to some cool vacation.
so, yesterday i went to "Bait Allah" orphanage with 3 of my friends from SEALNet to do some charities works with some students from Anglo Chinese School Singapore and a Buddhist organization Tzhu Chi.
there, we cleaned the children's bed rooms, moving out the broken mattresses then started painting their rooms with yellow color. its my first time to paint and firstly i tried to be very careful so there wont be any white paint in my shirts, jeans or my hands. but, as time flows the more careful i was, the more paint i got and the slower i am.
we started our first layer paint at 9 and finished them at 12 to have our lunch break. afterwards we continued to paint the second layer with the yellow color and finished at 3. then we clean the floor, scrubbing the paint marks we maid during our painting session. and then come back home at 4.30
actually they goin to continue working and playing with the kids today, but im absent for today's session.
the thing is that i felt very grateful and thankful for the Anglo Chinese School Singapore and Tzhu Chi for giving us this great opportunity.
i got myself my first experience at painting and all i can say is that im never goin to paint my future house alone later and its not a really though work i guess. hahha
im currently watching a new tv series, New Girl. its quite good and funny, and also i love the girl who played Jess the lead main role, Zooey Deschanel. she suited that role the most and she also looked so beautiful there.
